Hi, I’m Shola!
Would you like to create an equitable workplace with engaged staff?
Has this extended period of remote working created divisions within your teams or organisation?
Is it time for your leaders and managers to improve their communication?
Maybe I can help.
ORGANISATIONS: Want to foster an environment where everyone feels they belong? Perhaps you’d like to develop inclusive leaders who listen with empathy, or build diverse teams that communicate effectively and are fully engaged?
What I offer:
Keynote speeches and programmes on Empathy at Work, Empathy for Leaders, and Empathy, Diversity & Inclusion, that increase belonging, engagement and happiness at work.
Masterclasses to help your company’s teams become clear, compassionate and radically transparent communicators. Spanning listening, inclusive meetings, allyship, presentation skills, and reducing damaging microaggressions we explore practical frameworks that help people work together better.
How I work – what makes me different
I break everything down into implementable frameworks and models. That way, as soon as you leave the session you have tools and insights you can use immediately.
I’m a LinkedIn Learning instructor, author of 2 books, and an award-winning speaker with clients located from California to Canary Wharf.
And as a woman, a person of colour and an introvert, I understand some of the struggles organisations face to create diverse and inclusive workplaces. My experience ranges from working with the STEM professions to financial services, media and healthcare.
I leave nothing to chance and make no assumptions. People call my work ‘life changing’, ‘engaging’, ‘energetic’ and ‘easy to absorb’.
