Big thanks to Virgin Media O2 for a fantastic day celebrating Allyship and Inclusion. It was a high energy, high quality, inspirational event with loads of useful takeaways. I had the pleasure of some stage time, speaking about Empathy and Culture in the workplace, and loved meeting VMO2’s committed, caring and charismatic team members including Nisha Marwaha, Sarah Fox, Matt Herridge, Frances Corrigan. I also enjoyed a good chat with fatherhood speaker Elliott Rae. The day ended with a DJ set from Gok Wan. Nice!!
