Shola Kaye is a communication and empathy specialist, award-winning international speaker and author of two books. She speaks on Empathy in the workplace, Inclusive Leadership and D&I whose work has been described as ‘transformative’, ‘engaging’, and ‘easy to absorb’.

She spent the first part of her career in IT consultancy in the U.S.A., consulting at household name investment banks, and in the U.K for global clients in aviation and finance. Her experiences as a black woman in the workplace, with insights gained from working in corporates on both sides of the Atlantic, led her to develop an interest in learning to create inclusive workplaces with open, supportive communication. She is a former professional international jazz and Motown singer, performing internationally and throughout the UK and Shola’s work has been featured in Marie Claire, Harper’s Bazaar, Forbes and on the BBC. She regularly writes for industry publications such as HR Zone, Management Today and People Management.
