Thanks to Sony Music Entertainment for hosting yesterday’s session on Empathetic Communication for Leaders. It’s wonderful to see companies in the Music industry recognising the value of listening, vulnerability and courage as they seek to create workplaces full of happy, engaged and fulfilled employees.

I had the pleasure of connecting with 90 leaders from across the business. There was so much sharing and positivity, and reading about the mentors and teachers in your lives who’d inspired you brought a lump to my throat 🙂 It has been a joy to see the lovely comments and feedback after the session.
