Listen to this episode from the Diverse Minds Podcast here: Why Empathy at Work Matters

Show notes

Welcome to the 91st episode of the award-winning Diverse Minds podcast. Today we are going to be talking about empathy at work and why it matters. For many people in the UK as we once again start to transition back to a hybrid style of workplace connecting with colleagues again will be imperative.

Everyone will have been on a different journey had varying experiences and perhaps want this to be acknowledged in the workplace. It’s vital for workplaces and all staff to be aware and mindful of communication, conversation and support.

To join me in discussing this in further details is expert Shola Kaye.
